Welcome to the Community

Have you ever wondered how certain people successfully market their brand and have thousands of social media followers in their community? What differentiates these people from others?

Do you feel stuck when it comes to your social media marketing efforts, and concerned you’re not reaching people?

When I first started on social media, I struggled with these same questions. I was putting in a lot of time and effort. I often wondered who was reading my content (and why), and how I could connect with more people who shared similar interests.

It felt like I was constantly working, and getting nowhere. While I was excited about tweeting posts or sharing news, I was doing it haphazardly and hoping something would *stick* with whoever was reading it.

Or, I’d get excited about publishing a blog post, and then when I’d press “publish,” it would turn into a sinking feeling. The sinking feeling was because I couldn’t tell you who was *actually* reading what I was writing.

Lesson Learned: You Need a Community

One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned over the years is that you’re nowhere without a community.

Sure, you can post on social media, but who will you reach? Maybe a handful of people.

But, if you don’t have loyal fans who can’t wait to read your latest content, or hear from you, your content is likely to get shared only a few times.

Even more so, with a community rallying behind you, your message can reach far more people. Your community members will share content with their followers and friends, who can then also opt to share it, and so on.

I also know that thinking about these elements of creating a community can be daunting. That’s why I’m excited to launch this website and give you the tools to start building a community from scratch.

On the site, you can expect:

  • Free resources on how to get started with online community building
  • Tested strategies
